At Cozy Outer, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, please review our policy below to understand your options for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • The item is not marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Used or damaged items not caused by courier or manufacturing issues
  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please ensure your item is eligible, then follow the return instructions provided in your original order package or confirmation page. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item)

Please note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please retain all packaging and notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, in line with our quality assurance process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, refer to your return status through your order account page.
