1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next working day.
- During high-demand periods or seasonal sales, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time & Method
We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and the total weight/size of your order. Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.
6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice. Cozy Outer is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or external courier disruptions.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
All parcels are carefully packed before dispatch. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please retain all packaging materials and refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for next steps.
